Purchases

Should you elect to procure any service offered through this Service (a "Purchase"), you shall be required to provide certain information pertaining to your Purchase, including but not limited to your credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.

You hereby represent and warrant that: (i) you possess the legal authority to utilize any credit card or other payment method in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and truthful.

The Service may utilize third-party services to facilitate payment processing and Purchase completion. By submitting your information, you hereby grant us the right to disclose such information to these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited items

• Items weighing more than 30 kilograms or whose size or weight exceeds the limits allowed by Japan Post
• Stimulants, cannabis, narcotics or other illicit substances
• Food or drink, or any other item that can easily deteriorate or spoil
• Firearms, swords, weapons, ammunition, powders, explosives, poisons and dangerous substances
• Child pornography, adult videos, or other obscene material
• Items containing a magnet such as speakers, etc (these can be accepted only if shipped by FedEx)
• Items containing dangerous substances such as gasoline oil or gas
• Items whose transport, export, or import are prohibited or restricted by the laws and regulations of either the exporting / importing country, including transit countries, national or local governments
• Items not authorized for transport by the carrier (Japan Post, FedEx, etc.) Any object containing or which may contain gas or compressed air (such as a tire, spray paint can, or gas cylinder)
• Dead or living animals or plants
• Importing products containing alcohol may be limited according to your local legislation

Accounts

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

When you register for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If we find that your information is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, we may immediately terminate your account.

You must keep your account login details secure and confidential, including limiting access to your computer and account. Your account is for your personal use only and cannot be shared with others. You are fully responsible for all activities that happen under your account, regardless of whether you're using our service or a third-party service. If you notice any security breach or unauthorized access to your account, you must contact us immediately.

We have the right to refuse service, close accounts, modify or remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipments

International shipping is provided based on rates offered by Japan Post, FedEx, and other carriers. By paying the shipping fee, you acknowledge and agree to the package contents, charges, and dimensions. Claims regarding shipping fees or package dimensions will not be accepted after payment unless a clear error by our staff can be proven.

Disclaimer

• Ten-pachi.com provides purchasing agency and international shipping services for Japanese online retail sites. We handle product consultation, billing, communication with sellers, receipt of purchased items, warehouse storage, packaging, and international shipping to customers.
• We accept responsibility for purchased items from the time they arrive at our warehouse until they are shipped. Even in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we strive to protect our customers. However, we accept no responsibility for delays in product shipment by sellers, discrepancies between product descriptions and actual products, damaged products, or shipment of incorrect products due to seller errors.
• We accept no responsibility for damage or loss of purchased items that may occur during domestic or international shipping. However, we endeavor to provide compensation within the range of the product price paid for major issues that occur during international shipping. We also accept no responsibility for shipping delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.
• We accept no responsibility in the event that third parties gain access to your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
• When we are responsible for damage or loss of purchased products, we will provide compensation to customers. In such cases, the compensation amount will not exceed the price of the purchased product.

Cancellation

Upon receiving an order request and completion of payment, Ten-pachi purchases the products on behalf of the member. Therefore, members cannot cancel a purchase request at their discretion, whether the contract has not yet been executed or has already been executed.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court for the first instance.
